Update: yes, she can be embarassed. Terribly so. How delightful.

Also, terribly addicted to WoW. It's scary. The girl plays more than I do (admittedly, I have other things to do online, some much more enjoyable, others simply tedious. Sorting out which is which will be left as an exercise to the reader). And she's so endearingly helpless as her Priest...the idea of her at high levels makes me giggle insanely. She really must get over her fear of...well, basically anything even remotely frightening ingame. :)

In other news...winter isn't nearly done with us yet. We've just gotten horrid amounts of snow dumped on us this week, and the temperature dropped about twenty degrees. First day of spring, my pale, bony arse.

I'd honestly forgotten that it was the Easter long weekend coming up. Is this a bad sign? If anyone in my Saturday RP group reads this, do you know if we're still playing? I'll send out an email tomorrow, I'm sure, but if I don't have to that's quite all right. :)

aggy_elfqueen, do you have an email address I can send those Lacuna Coil MP3s to? Since by the time I'm on a system with access to them, you're already off and sleeping.

D&D this afternoon was hilarious, if utterly chaotic. Some quotes:

"Well, that was fun. Next, we'll overthrow a small province!" - Sorin, the party rogue, after a hard day's work.

"So you're telling me that the entire world has been secretly worshipping the Night Dragon. You'll understand if I'm just a bit stressed by this." - The perenially understated party cleric, Arenthis.

"Goon Squad, roll out!" - Sorin and Squirrel, the party barbarian, taking Arenthis' moniker for them to heart.

"Oh, you didn't miss much. Just Grant sowing violent revolution." - Me OOC ot Heidy, who'd arrived late.

"I paid two gold for that shield we're leaving behind!"
"You stole ten gold from that merchant you got burned at the stake."
"And besides, I paid for the shield."
-Sorin whining, Arenthis entirely unamused, and Squirrel setting the record straight as we left Hoblin. Surprisingly, not being chased by an angry mob.

-D.
