Heh. It's more fun playing the lying, sneaking bastard than I thought it would be. Even with one of the STs apparently trying to spike me. That NPC isn't going to beat the Tremere to solving this case if I have anything to say about it. It's win-win. The Ventrue end up looking like infighting dilettantes while we get all the real work done, and my little vamp looks good to his clan for basically solving the case and, hopefully, stopping the vandals singlehandedly. Maybe even before the gang war breaks out.

Vampire: the Masquerade is not everyone's cup of tea, I know, but I'd forgotten just how much I loved it. :) Especially now that I'm getting into the spirit. It's almost enough to make me think about running a game in the fall. Maybe not this one specifically - like I said, it's not everyone's cup of tea. :)

See, thats where the game shines... and what got me to play through it, despite some of the worst bugs I've ever seen in a released software package!!!

It really _must_ be played with a dedicated Storyteller or two. I don't recall the game having any scenes where you kidnap high school kids off of their doorsteps and steal them away to medieval fortrewsses.
