"Display for us your mammary glands!"

Hit Suzy's again for drinks last night with celarus, doctorcomputer, and the blogless Tommy and Mike. Sadly (or happily, depending on your point of view), I didn't think to post while tipsy. I'm not entirely certain how much I did drink last night, but I was surprisingly free of vomiting then or hangover today. I think that the guy constantly yelling at one of the busty girls playing pool to "Show us your tits, Sue!" (she never did) served as something of a cautionary and restraining example for us all.

Except for Mike, but all he ended up doing was playing air violin anyway (even though none of the songs being played incorporated a violin anywhere.), and, when Springsteen's "Living on the Edge" came on, signing Weird Al's "Living in the Fridge" instead. :D

I especially liked the mystery cocktail that Mike got us to order (that is, he suggested asking the waitress for a mystery drink, and that's what we got). We never did find out what it was (the bartender appears to have made it up on the spot), but it had a distinctly banana flavour. I love "chick drinks", but they're so evil. They taste so sweet that you have no clue how drunk you're getting. I think I had something like five or six of them. Also - the B-52 shot. Kahlua, Bailey's, and Grand Marnier. Last drink of the night, which was likely for the best, because it went down so easily you could easily have drunk ten before you knew it. It's like drinking chocolate with a kick to it.

In the cold, clear light of day, I probably spent far more money than I actually should have, but I get paid Friday and my loan cheque should arrive in the next couple of weeks, so it should work out. And it was fun to hang with the guys and well worth it. We were all making noises about doing this sort of thing more often, though perhaps not always at a bar (which remains frighteningly cost-ineffective. :D). I hope they work out.

Still have to take out garbage, do laundry, and (if I can be arsed) wash a lot of dirty pots tonight, but I'm open to distractions. Andrew! We have not yet recruited you to the Revival! Join us, or face the fire!
