Today's exam was a mixed blessing: I did pretty well - I'd say very well, at a glance - on the fact pattern, but got caught short on time for the essay question - but the fact pattern was worth 75%, so I'll probably live. Next is Evidence on Tuesday, so I think I can take a break tonight and start on it tomorrow. Maybe I'll finally set up Rock Band and karaoke the night away. :)

On a similar note, I read this article over at Passport earlier, reporting on a campaign by musicians outraged at the use of their music as torture in Guantanamo and elsewhere (though I'm not surprised that a band like Drowning Pool doesn't mind.) I was struck, reading it, by wondering whether this was an area you could extend moral intellectual property rights into. I'll have to give it some thought tonight.
